1️⃣ Registration and listing publication
After registration, the user can publish listings.
It is possible to publish items for sale or service listings.
Some categories are reserved for professionals, for example:
Massage
Medical
Craftsmen
Food products
For these categories, users can currently promote services only, without indicating a price or adding items to the cart.
2️⃣ Limits and listing rules
Each user may publish a maximum of 20 listings.
Categories reserved for professionals (e.g., medical, medical analysis, clinics) are not included in the 20-listing limit for non-professional users.
3️⃣ Multivendor and professional stores
The site supports the multivendor model, so a professional may open:
Multiple stores in the same area
Multiple stores managed separately
At the time of opening, the user selects the categories for each store.
4️⃣ Listings, costs and categories
Each selected category determines:
Number of listings allowed
Associated cost
After selecting categories, the user will see:
Total amount to pay
Total number of listings available
5️⃣ Mandatory requirements for certain categories
For some categories (e.g., medical), specific requirements must be provided before the store becomes operational:
Proof of registration with the professional board
Degree certificate or specialization
Other documents required by the category
The store will not be active until:
The required payment has been made
The required documents have been uploaded
Note: It is possible to start setting up the store only after payment, even if the requirements have not yet been approved.
Posting a listing
Access your personal area and click on + to add and publish a listing.
In addition to the main details such as title, description, and price, you will be provided with specific fields according to the category where you intend to place your listing. These additional questions help make your listing more complete and informative. Some will be mandatory, others optional.
These questions are very useful in helping users search more accurately for the desired product.
The more complete your listing is, the more visibility it will receive.
Once submitted, you must wait for verification by our operators.
Once verified and published, in your personal area the orange button with the question mark
will turn green, indicating that your listing is visible and public.
Contacting another user for a service/item
To contact another user offering an item/service, you must log in with your credentials.
Then simply click the button on the right side of the listing page.
Attention! The contact button may appear lighter and not clickable. This happens on some listings where selections must be made first, such as clothing sizes, shoe sizes, or item colors.
Once these selections are made, you can click the contact button and a contact popup will open, where your details will already be pre-filled to send to the listing owner.
You must choose whether your request is for information or for purchase.
If it is a purchase request, you must choose whether you want the item shipped to you, provided that the listing owner has enabled the shipping option. Otherwise, you will see only the "pickup on site" option selected.
The pickup location can already be viewed on the listing page.
Now enter your request in the mandatory "Message" box and wait for a reply.
Opening a store
What we call stores are simply an area where all your listings are displayed.
You can choose between different types of stores, which differ in the number of items allowed and category types.
Depending on the selected store, you can customize its appearance by adding your logo, personalizing categories, and including references and slogans for your project.
To open a store, go to your store area, click +, fill in the required fields, and choose the desired categories.
Remember that some categories require specific qualifications: for example, if you want to publish a listing for food products, you must provide an HACCP certificate and other documents proving your eligibility for production and/or sale.
